I have a question. How do I contact you?

We prefer communicating via email, and that is the fastest way that you can reach us!

How long do I need to wait, to get a reply?

We answer most emails within 1-2 business days. 2 days if we happen to be overseas at that moment. Please do not send us multiple emails, unless you have not heard from us for at least 2 business days. At the same time, please do check your junk and spam folders to see if our replies landed there, before contacting us again.

Can I add on to my order, after settling payment?

No. If you wish to add on to your order, please inform us BEFORE settling payment. We will let you know of the new total cost. Then, settle the payment. And we will post all the items together. All our products are hand-made. Hence we wouldn’t be able to cater to last minute add-ons. Thank you for your kind understanding.

I do not have a Facebook nor Carousell account. Can I place an order, via your blogpage?

Yes, you can refer to the products on the blogpage.

To place your order, please email us. And indicate the products, quantity, and size that you require. We will then let you know on the availability.

Help! The product that I would like to buy is listed as out of stock!

If I do a review on the products on my Youtube channel, will I get paid for it? =)

We would love to get your feedback. However, earning paid reviews would also equate to being judged as a company having a biased review, which wouldn’t be a fair thing to do. But hey, we appreciate the love you have for our products.  As your kind support and encouragement means the world to us ❤
